LONDON, September 8 2014, Clarence House has announced that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child. In its tweet it says that the couple is ‘very pleased to’ make the announcement.
The news came two months after the birthday of their first son, Prince George.
“The Queen and members of both William and Kate’s families are “delighted” with the new” Kensington Palace said.
Because of acute morning sickness, Kate was force to pull out of a planned engagement in Oxford to rest and being treated in Kensington Palace.
“She wishes she could be here,” Prince William told the people of Oxford “Kate should be over the worst of her symptoms in a few weeks.” He added.
Their second child will become fourth in line to the throne, pushing Prince Harry to fifth. Prince William is next in line to his father, Prince Charles. While 13 months old Prince George is third and most likely to become Britain’s monarch one day.
